To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 17 days of order shipping date. Upon initial order shipping, you will receive via email about your order with package tracking information. Unfortunately, after 17 days, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.

To start your return, we require written request at otltees@gmail.com. In your request, include your order number and address to send return postage. A return envelope/label will be mailed to you for the return. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product(s). After product inspection, we will also email you of approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, a $5.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund total before refund processing. Your approved refund will be processed to the original method of payment, typically within 3 to 5 business days, for the value of the product(s) returned minus the $5.00 return fee.

If you require a return for a damaged product, photographic proof must be provided on the initial return request email displaying damage to the shipping packaging and/or product packaging. Damaged products must be in original product packaging. A return envelope/label will be mailed to you for the return. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. After product inspection, we will also email you of approval or rejection of your refund. If refund is approved, we will contact you to determine if you want an exchange or full refund without a return fee. If you choose to exchange the product(s), please allow 1-2 business days to process the exchange, and 3-5 business days to receive the product(s). If you choose the full refund option, your approved refund will be processed to the original method of payment, typically within 3 to 5 business days, for the full value of the product(s) returned.
