  • What payment options can I use?
    We accept credit or debit cards as payment.
  • Are my payments secure?
    On The Line Tees uses the Wix platform and Wix Payments with 256-bit SSL encryption on its site.
  • When do I receive my order?
    Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process and shipping typically requires 2-4 business days to reach your location. An email will be sent to you when your order had shipped.
  • Can I track my order during shipping?
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track the status of your order.
  • Do you ship outside the United States?
    Currently we only ship in the United States at this time.
  • When do I receive my refund?
    Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your credit card/bank account, depending on the financial institution.
  • Do you offer polos or other products?
    The On The Line Tees R&D Department is working diligently to bring you new products. New products will be posted our our social media feeds.
  • Can I find On The Line Tees elsewhere?
    Our products are sold exclusively on our website. We do this for quality control and to ensure that 10% of our profits go to sport official recruiting and retention. If our products are found anywhere else...
